ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintain the firm's file room• General Office responsibilities including copying, collating, binding, faxing, scanning, and filing • Sorting incoming mail, processing outgoing mail and make hand deliveries as necessary.• Order and track supplies for all departments & office• Assist with reception phone coverage as needed• Special projects, as needed• Distribute and stock paper in printers, copiers around office• Respond to daily requests for assistance -- printing, editing, filing, etc.• Collect shredding, shred as time allows, manage timing for pick-ups
